About Edward Randow-Stone

After working for 10 years front of house across bar, wine, floor and management in some of Sydney's leading hospitality venues, I got a short term consulting gig where I deployed Kounta for the first time.Through that connection I applied for a role on the sales desk. I had some ideas and found myself in an environment where you could do whatever you could make a business case for.Never thought that would turn into a 6-year journey from startup to scaleup to acquisition, building and leading teams around the world to provide the expertise, guidance and service customers need to be successful with technology, as well as the revenue growth and retention that played a key part in our story.What I most value having learned is how to build a team culture that is customer-centric, adaptable, performant, and empathetic at the same time, whether distributed or in office, and how critical that is to winning in today's world.
