Trainer
Current- Delivers training to newly hired Recruiters, covering job order analysis, sourcing, candidate pre-screening, building client relations, on-boarding in existing accounts and helping implement new ones.
- Builds Recruiters’ competencies in sourcing and recruiting specialized industry/client; conducts up-skill training on a weekly basis.
- Works closely with Operations, Client Managers, and Recruiters in order to meet/exceed training expectations.
- Assists Operations by recruiting open requisitions during weeks when no classes are scheduled.
- Other duties include performance management, employee development, reports generation and analysis.Skills: Onboarding · New Hire Orientations
