Trainer
Current• Delivers training to newly hired Recruiters, covering job order analysis, sourcing, candidate pre-screening, building client relations, on-boarding in existing accounts and helping implement new ones.• Builds Recruiters’ competencies in sourcing and recruiting specialized industry/client; conducts up-skill training on a weekly basis.• Works closely with Operations, Client Managers, and Recruiters in order to meet/exceed training expectations.• Assists Operations by recruiting open requisitions during weeks when no classes are scheduled.• Other duties include performance management, employee development, reports generation and analysis.Skills: Onboarding · New Hire Orientations
