Current• Deliver superior standards of project management and customer service by ensuring projects are completed within the set timeframe and budget while meeting client requirements and quality control specifications.• Prepare proposals, quotations and invoices, as well as manage costs throughout the entire lifecycle of a project.• Quality control and feedback management, including working with the client, reviewers and translators on quality initiatives.• Deliver tailored business insights, quality benchmarks, and productivity metrics aligned with client requirements.• Troubleshoot and help to set standards and processes, and consistently refine the workflow to optimize efficiency.• Serve as a central point of contact for queries and support needs.• Capacity planning for internal and external resources.• Onboard and train new resources and measure their performance.
