Current- Deliver superior standards of project management and customer service by ensuring projects are completed within the set timeframe and budget while meeting client requirements and quality control specifications.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and invoices, as well as manage costs throughout the entire lifecycle of a project.
- Quality control and feedback management, including working with the client, reviewers and translators on quality initiatives.
- Deliver tailored business insights, quality benchmarks, and productivity metrics aligned with client requirements.
- Troubleshoot and help to set standards and processes, and consistently refine the workflow to optimize efficiency.
- Serve as a central point of contact for queries and support needs.
