Lead program manager responsible for successful delivery of the risk management program. Driving all key projects simultaneously to ensure the program meets business goals and objectives. Develop, optimize and maintain IT processes supporting companywide applications and platforms.- Utilize Scrum and Kanban project management methodologies through Agile framework for all projects to organize and streamline work being performed through VersionOne and JIRA tools.- Project lead for development of fully automated patching for VMware ESX hosts (~1200) environment.- Lead Process Manager in Defining/Implementing procedure to onboard ING Direct ~500 Linux servers to Capital One’s Operations Management System after acquisition.- IT Software Release Manager utilizing HP (service manager, server automation) to plan, schedule and manage system releases and configuration changes. Oversee onshore/offshore team members (~40) workload throughout release cycles ensuring resource efficiency.- Created monthly patch governance forum with executive level metrics that creates synergy across OMS, Wintel, UNIX, IPS OMS, DB2, Release Management, and Oracle teams. - Developed and implemented combined maintenance procedure to streamline OS and Database maintenance within 6-hour window. This effort cut application downtime in half for required monthly maintenance events.

Manage network wide and application specific capacity projects that direct growth and change in the company. Provide analysis, trending, modeling and forecasting to ensure current and future demands are met.- Manage all capacity projects working through business-critical capacity needs in a matrix organization. Including new feature introduction, bug fixes and hardware infrastructure geographically diverse growth. - Create and present detailed capacity studies identifying current and potential system wide bottlenecks. Making proactive planning decisions and recommendations to mitigate risk while meeting SLAs. - Identify capacity related KPIs (key performance indicators) supporting business cases for capacity needs, increase executive knowledge of resource utilization and show value of capacity management companywide.- Increasing company revenue by preventing capacity related downtime, improved response times and allowing IT resources to be allocated more efficiently. IT hardware costs have become more controlled and disciplined.
