- Testing Xerox products for EMC compliance to European and US standards for all Emissions and Immunity requirements.- First off production PCB qualification and system installation.- Generation of test reports and advising Senior Management of any non-compliance with the EMC standards.- Investigation and resolution of any issues of EMC non-compliance.- Providing production test support, specifically boundary scan to off site production as required.- Co-ordination of test plans to ensure preliminary parts are installed and tested in a timely and efficient manner.

- Generating, debugging and maintaining programs for Spea 4040 flying probe test systems.- Providing test support for Genrad and Teradyne ATE systems.- Generating boundary scan test programs for customer PCB's using J-TAG Technologies software/hardware.- Analyse and improve test coverage for new and existing products in order to maximise quality.- Generating and maintaining pick and place programs for Siemens SiPlace SMT lines.- Advising on solder paste stencil modifications from customer drawings.- Visiting existing and potential customers to discuss their test and production requirements.

- To design/carry out experiments on modular components on a range of Xerox office products, including the design and development of test rigs and systems. Using PLC control and creating virtual instruments using LabVIEW.- To analyse data and identify distributions and trends relating to experimental data, and present findings to senior management.- Carrying out engineering investigations on system test machines and to determine the root cause of failure modes using various instruments including high speed imaging equipment, thermal imaging equipment and bespoke diagnostics systems, then using this data to identify solutions to design constraints.- Working with other departments during teardown exercises to incorporate innovative design features into future products.- Liaising with global suppliers to resolve current production issues.

- Provide engineering support to the company test department to resolve functional test issues and Spea 4040 Flying Probe and Teradyne Z1893 ATE issues.- Generate AOI programs using Mirtec MV2.- Providing all documentation to support test programs and test systems, and ensure changes comply with British Standards.- Maintain all company test equipment to comply with British Standards.- Production and modification of test boxes and fixtures for functional and ATE test.

- Responsible for the production of PET scanners.- Providing technical documentation relating to design, manufacture, test, and development of company products using Microsoft Office and AutoCAD 2000.

- Provided first class design service to internal and external customers relating to plastic injection mould tool design.- Working for all departments. (Quality control, Mould tool manufacture, and Production).
