•Experience of more than 25 years in development and management of product line projects and its implementation•Implementation of Project Management methodology based on PMBOK / PMI for industrial projects;•Experience in industrial planning and restructuring area to adjust operational costs;•As a mold and tooling manager, defining mold engineering and tracking from start-up to final customer approval, to delivery to production; creation of technical specification of the product and molds to meet customer needs;•Experience in structuring products from development, prototyping, technical specifications and approval; in factory and process sectors, quality; productivity, manufacturing costs;•Ability to negotiate, influence and manage conflicts with clients, suppliers and the different internal hierarchical levels to achieve the planned goals;•Experience in the analysis of risks and their respective impacts, and elaborate contingency action plan to mitigate them;•Strong performance in the follow-up during the execution of previous plans, making measurements and adjustments during the plan execution, when necessary in time not to compromise the goal outlined;•Effective communication with the different hierarchical levels in order to update status, and also to involve them and seek support to achieve planned objectives;•Ability to think analytically, overcome goals, solve problems and develop effective work relationships.
