• Provide technical support in educational IT environments and to IT monitors who worked on-site in schools;• Monitoring of tickets opened by customers, identifying problems, resolving and finalizing ITSM• Contract parameterization, import of CSV files.• Providing training for teachers/managers on the use of the Academic Management system;• Parameterization for the Class Assignment system for teachers in the municipal network.• Provide support/bug fixes to end users;• Act in an integrated manner with the interests of other members of the work environment: management, coordination, teachers and employees;• Develop manuals that describe step by step how to correctly use Academic Management systems
