Right after graduating with an MBA from IESE, I also founded Visionica, an affordable remote video surveillance solution company for small business owners. I hired programmers to develop a cloud-based solution and collaborated with electronic engineers to devise hardware intelligence solutions which resulted in closing deals with major security companies. I consider myself to be a creative-solutions driven leader with an entrepreneurial DNA and a “get-it-done” mentality.
