Worked together with COO to increase revenue YOY from 1.4 Million aed to 2.7 million (Aug 15-Aug16).Implementing systems to perform manage the Fitness Team, decrease revenue loss (bad practices) and a new commission scheme which incentive top performers to sustainably perform. Worked on BSC for Fitness Managers and developed systems with general managers to optimize the revenue generation and customer service of the fitness department.

Regional Fitness over 20 clubs in GCC (UAE / KSA / Qatar).Overlooking other two Regional 23 clubs (UAE / Bahrein / Kuwait / Jordan)Delivering Training to Fitness department (Fit2bronze).Worked together with GFM and Fitness Team developing processes and procedures, training and coaching Managers and Staff on club level. Worked with ABM to develop Fitness Knowledge for General Managers and achieving yearly targets for 3 consecutive years with overall 115% achievement as a department.

Running the Day to day operations of the fitness department in IBN Batuta Mall and Community clubs, including the transformation of Hyatt club into Fitness First after acquisition and helping to develop a PT software system working closely with IT.Developed and implemented internal control systems to measure and improve the performance for New Sales and Renewals on the Fitness department.

Club Sport Supervisor supporting all club sport coaches to work on schedule, communication betweenclub and respective federations, transport for competitions and organize venue for in house events.Manage payroll and costs for employees on the club Sport division including the GYM , Sauna andSwimming pool.Develop sport activities for the social department to help integrate members and their families into a healthy life style. Volleyball Coach (Competition and recreation) leading the team of Catigua Tenis Clube into State competition on high level and organizing social events (internal leagues) to promote the Volleyball among members.

Replaced the volleyball head coach for the last 3 months of the season and lead the team to 3rd place at ISST league in Europe.

Coach for under 11 - under 13 - Under 15 and Under 17 Assistant coach Under 19 year old and ProFitness Trainer - All teams.As part as the technical team been coach or assistant worked together with Spencer Lee to develop andcreate a very strong Volleyball association including having a permanent pool of talents from theVolleyball Little School for children from 7 to 14 years old with more than 4.000 players. The conceptworks with training for the coaches allowing them to train the kids on the respective relevant aspect ofthe game according to gender and age to promote the benefits of the sport in the community and having a special selection and plan for the talents (with Olympic level) providing them with high level training, apparel including psychologist, nutritionist and physiotherapy. The project led the SESI Team to theNational SUPERLIGA which is one of the strongest professional leagues in the world and ended up beenmanaged by Wadson Lima (Brazil Olyimpic team former coach) and Percy Onken (11 times worldchampion - Under 19 and 17) National Male team.
