I managed software interfaces that translated information from client EDIs to the WMS systems standard used by DHL.I facilitated a team of six developers spread across India, the South Pacific, and Central America.My responsibilities included understanding business requirements, translating them into user stories, and estimating costs and timelines.I operated in a role similar to that of a Scrum Master, planning sprints for the interfaces to be developed, designing, and overseeing the software development process. I was always ready to assist and listen to the project team in case any impediments arose. I maintained daily contact with developers and super users. At the end of testing, I led the retrospective, gathering feedback from clients, project managers, the development team, and users, always seeking new ways to improve the process.I was responsible for introducing a new method of managing interface development by implementing Jira Software (Atlassian) in the LATAM region, which was later replicated in the NORAM region.I created a script to generate standardized information about the interfaces for the development teams, minimizing communication failures and misinterpretations.I also developed performance indicators (KPIs) based on data extracted from Jira, which proved important in the decision-making process.

I worked as the primary point of contact for a product called RPC at the Global Software Distribution Center (GSDC).I modified the way software packages were delivered to our region by utilizing XML-XSLT and version management. This change brought international recognition to our team and was adopted by other distribution centers worldwide.I worked on integration and configuration projects for mobile telephony equipment with major carriers in Brazil and the United States.I was part of an Agile team in the Pre-Sales Software area, extracting network performance data from national carriers that fed into technical reports used by account managers to generate sales opportunities.

I was hired to initiate operations at the newly established Sanmina-SCI Research and Development Center in Brazil, benefiting from federal tax incentives.I was involved in everything from purchasing servers to hiring personnel. It was an incredible experience.I coordinated a local team of eight engineers, along with two remote developer teams located at major Brazilian universities, creating software solutions for Sanmina-SCI’s production lines.The BRDC is fully operational today.

I worked as a functional tester for applications related to fixed-line telephone systems at the Indaiatuba Research and Development Center.It was during this time that I formally began my training in software management.I contributed to the creation of the Charging department's website on the intranet.

I worked as a Clinical Engineer, a specialization within Biomedical Engineering focused on the management of equipment and infrastructure in a hospital environment.I was responsible for providing technical data for the acquisition, maintenance, and removal of a wide variety of medical equipment at the end of its lifecycle.I improved safety in the hospital environment by implementing electrical safety standards, as well as color and outlet format standardizations.I provided compelling elements to secure necessary funding for the acquisition of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) equipment for the Surgical Center and ICU. As a result, during my time there, there were no power interruptions in critical areas of the hospital.I coordinated a team of nine technicians and two electricians.
