• Manage and lead the entire process of a POS implementation for clients, including pre-work, onsite installation, training of staff and managers, and provide on-going communication to the client. • Oversees the direction of the project and collaboratively adjusts project where necessary ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures. • Prepare with clients with POS application configuration, reporting, integration with other applications, as well as hardware setup including terminals, handhelds, printers, and other peripherals. • Provides direction and support to the implementation team and review deliverables prepared. • Test/troubleshoot POS and networking problems including integrations with all applications. • Conduct on-site and/or remote consultation sessions with client’s on-site operations staff and management to configure POS applications and reporting appropriately and within approved client specifications and policies. • Lead and conduct organized and effective on-site and/or remote training sessions for client’s operations staff and management. • Maintain and ensure full and complete documentation of tasks, plans, network diagrams, meetings, deliverables, and accomplishments. • Manage, solve, and track issues and risks to project timelines or deliverables, and the insight to escalate when necessary. • Ensure client successfully adopt and utilize the POS solution while providing support and problem-solving skills to transition the client to project closure.
