- Developed a machine learning application that would take in CT report texts from radiologists and classify the lung cancer risk the patient was at, based on one of five categories/bins (from no risk to need immediate attention). - Was the bridge for explaining technical concepts of the machine learning task between the programmers and the researchers/investigators.- Worked on the VA SQL databases to build data tables and analyzed data for investigators and PhD students.- Evaluated the potential studies by identifying patient cohorts and reporting the data back to interested investigators.
