Majumder Lab.•Inspected DNA progression of 100+ replication forks in A9 fibroblasts treated with the Minute Virus of Mice (MVM) by labeling and quantifying microscopy images through ImageJ.• Used bioinformatic tools (MEME suite and Galaxy) to identify likely binding sites of viral protein NS1 on the mouse genome (mm10).• Poster presentation at end of program.
