In 2006, I was promoted to Vice President, Product Manager.

I returned to Merrill Lynch in 2003 as a Conversion Manager. Conversion Manager. In this role, I was was responsible for the conversion of Qualified and Nonqualified Plans from prior administrators to the Merrill Lynch recordkeeping system.Acting as a consultant to plan sponsors during the creation and implementation of the Merrill Lynch Prototype Document, I ensured plan operated within compliance regulations.I also served as subject matter expert (SME) regarding the processes and services offered on the 401(k) Platform. I coordinated efforts among Merrill Lynch Retirement Plan Manager, Financial Advisor, Payroll Specialist, Conversion Administrator, Client Relationship Manager and Client Service Manager to ensure a seamless transition to Merrill Lynch.Additionally, I ensured plan assets were transferred to Merrill Lynch and were invested in a timely and accurate manner. I also managed the transfer of information from the prior administrator to Merrill Lynch.

I was brought on board Mid Atlantic Pension Design and Administration in 2002. I was responsible for the marketing and direct sale of Mid Atlantic Pension Design Administration services for small to mid-size companies.I worked closely with Financial Advisors, Insurance Brokers, Accountants and Attorneys during the sales process, including the creation of Sales Proposals, pricing of Asset Management charges and Administration fees.Acting as a consultant to Plan Sponsors regarding plan design, I ensured plan benefits achieved Employers’ objectives while remaining in compliance with ERISA.Additionally, I managed the implementation and conversion of the Plan, including the Asset transfer to the new investment platform and acquiring Plan information for the MPDA recordkeeping system.Other duties included:• Conducted Enrollment and Education Meetings for Plan participants.• Developed new business relationships within the Broker community.Accomplishments included• Increased revenue streams through administration fees and asset based revenues. • Created a conversion manual for new clients and Financial Advisors. • Established new business relationship with third party investment platforms – Lincoln Financial, ING and AIM Funds.Company was sold in April 2003.

Between May 1997 to October 1998, I held the role of Conversion Specialist for Merrill Lynch.I was responsible for the installation and set up of Qualified Pension plans to the Merrill Lynch record keeping system. Additionally, I acted as a consultant to plan sponsors, payroll providers and programmers regarding the submission of payroll information in the approved automated format.In this role, I set up and reviewed plan documents, participant information and account balances on the record keeping system. I also calculated and posted accumulated dividends to participant accounts earned during the conversion process.

I started working at BISYS in 1995 as their Trust Reconciler. In this role I was responsible for daily reconciliation of 401(k) trust accounts. I also conducted audits of individual client accounts to identify outstanding balances, rollovers, and overdrafts to ensure funds are invested correctly in a timely manner. During this time, I acted as consultant to client service department regarding all plan activity; monthly contributions, loan payments, distributions, and profit sharing.
