Propagate a culture of continuous improvement by collaborating strategically across plant departments.Contribute to streamlining efforts for Prep, Assembly, and Test areas to increase efficiency and reduce cost, waste and variation in product build and test life cycle. Develop and implement lean practices within AFP cell.

Efficiently lead, coordinate and execute all technical objectives and aspects of program requirements.Manage and track multiple programs through development phases while collecting, organizing and implementing input from functional stakeholders.Achieve stellar Scheduled Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI) performance for multiple programs using DO-178B, including, but not limited to: F-15K and Apache.Develop and design hardware/software test equipment on programs executing meticulous project planning, including budget and resource planning, identifying risk and creating corresponding risk mitigation plan.Fulfill technical objectives for introducing new products to meet scope and schedule requirements.
