Managing Authoring Experience product track for CRM Analytics, Operational Reports & Dashboards, and Data Cloud Analytics. Managing a team of up to 5 supporting millions of monthly active users, and managing product for scrum teams of over 50 engineers. Building out a best in class analytics and AI platform.

Oversee product for Web Desktop UI for Data Exploration and Query Building as well as the entire mobile portfolio (iPhone, iPad, AppleWatch, and Android) for the Wave Analytics BI platform.

Served as product owner for multiple teams across the Analytics UI both Mobile and Desktop. Owned entire mobile product strategy supporting Watch, phone, and Tablet for iOS, while launching an Android product. Ran desktop data exploration and query construction as well as dashboard design and consumption. Managed 3 scrum teams totaling over 30 individuals.

Through acquisition of EdgeSpring, I was the Product Owner for the Wave Analytics Mobile portfolio ( bit.ly/waveios ). Grew mobile team from myself to a 15 person team of rock star contributors. Provided product vision from inception to delivery of a top rated, award winning IOS app. Continuing to drive innovation as we build on the powerful framework we have created.

• Refined an electronics manufacturer’s part finder system which included integration of various non uniform data stores using Endeca, JSP’s, Hibernate, and MySQL.• Gained a reputation for success on large scale architecture and performance and solving unsolvable problems• Brought in on multiple short engagements to mentor and audit teams fixing previously hard to solve performance problems.• Independently developed two software capabilities with the Endeca product. The first - an integration with the R computing language. The second - adding the capability for Weibull statistical part failure hazard analysis.• Delivered presentations on R, Hive, and Pig to the company.• Lead implementation for a large electronics manufacturer’s BI implementation involving 100’s of thousands of records with a parallelized ETL and front-end architecture.• Brought in on multiple architecture and re-architecture meetings under the role of technical architect.• Increased Fault tolerance and sped up a long running ETL process.
