On the project we were both working on, Edwin had expert knowledge not only of the system we were working on, but all the other half dozen of more complex interfaces connected to the (CLASS) system, - often educating, correcting individuals of those systems as to proper inter-operational functionality. Edwin also led weekly 'knowledge sharing' session with everyone on the project: business team (BA/BSA), testers, developers, database designers, architects, - illuminating everyone on both business and technical side of the application(s). No one knew the system was well as he. It was amazing and an honor working with him. If I had a company, project, or activity, - I could lead it. N.p. Edwin is more on the modest side, so do not expect him to claim all sorts of extraordinary knowledge or ability. His brain / mind is fine-tuned in observing, learning, knowledge absorption, & works at a very high speed. He is proactive, and usually has the answer to problems before people even begin to ask.
