Regional Manager
CurrentIn my role as Regional Manager I support Sun Nuclear's distributors and end-customers in the territories Scandinavia, Benelux, Spain & Portugal, with the objective of increasing sales in the territory.Key Areas of Responsibility:• Develop and implement strategies for each assigned market to ensure that SNC business is maximized. Work closely with distributors, OEMs and customers to grow market share and revenue. Review on a regular basis and modify strategies as required.• Monitor progress regularly against forecast and take actions where required.• Maintain records on each market to include general market information (e.g. number of radiotherapy centers), specific market requirements, competitor activity, and any other information that would be considered important for making strategic business decisions. Input specific customer information into the company CRM.• Gain feedback on any lost opportunities to ensure that we take any necessary actions to change the outcome in the future.• Feedback specific international requirements for Sun Nuclear products to ensure local market expectations are being met. Escalate issues where necessary to ensure that the issue does not become a barrier to sale.• Provide remote and on-site high level pre-sales demonstrations to customers to highlight the key features and benefits of SNC products from a clinical perspective to support corporate sales growth expectations• Assist with identifying potential speakers for meetings and for making the necessary arrangements with the speaker to ensure high quality content and a timely review. · Attend conferences, trade shows, scientific talks, and training events as needed.
