I am a Senior Executive Training and Product Management at Daimler Commercial Vehicles Africa, where I develop and implement regional product strategy, product mix, and yearly product planning for the truck and bus segments. I also coordinate with distributors, assembly operations, and local bodybuilders to ensure market readiness, customer satisfaction, and quality standards. I have a background in engineering and a passion for the automotive industry. I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Strathmore Business School (SBS), with a module at IESE Business School, to enhance my business acumen and leadership skills.In my current role, I leverage my skills in business development strategy, user support, and sales training to support the growth and profitability of Daimler in the African market. I have been involved in launching new products, delivering sales and aftersales trainings, and supporting local truck and bus bodybuilding in Sub Sahara Africa. I have also contributed to the improvement of customer retention, market share, and brand awareness for Daimler in the region. I am motivated by the opportunity to create value for the customers, the company, and the society, and to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
