Oversight of outsourced personnel.• Proficient in managing notices and work orders in the SAP system.• Proficient in safe work procedures, blockades (LOTOTO), working at height, health & safety issues. • Experience in aligning clinker kilns, change of cement mill inlet head and planning major shut-down using the 10 golden rules for kiln shutdowns.

• Responsible for planning, scheduling and oversight all the mechanical maintenance activities related to ordinary and major outages of inspection and rewinding lines 1, 2, 3 and Tempering rolling mills 1, 2 and 3.• Monitoring and control of KPIs.• Making, monitoring and control the economic budget of the area, including ordinary budget and major shut-down.• Oversighting and responsible for development and training of supervisors, inspectors and technical staff.• Proficient in managing notices and work orders in the SAP system.• Proficient in safe work procedures, blockades (LOTOTO), working at height, health & safety issues. • Recover equipment out of specifications or make improvements to it.• Strong knowledge on maintenance of tempering rolling mills, inspection and rewinding lines, shears and side trimmer machines.
