I have worked in the Aviation industry for the past 28 years and enjoy the daily challenges that this fast paced and dynamic industry brings. In particular: the busy, complex days, managing a main operations airfield and the real sense of achievement when the last flight is dispatched on task and on time. I am methodical in developing processes and procedures to ensure operational efficiency goes hand in hand with aviation safety. I have been lucky to work in a range of challenging environments, with numerous different types of aircraft, facilities and people. I have, in every situation, delivered improved productivity and efficiency whilst ensuring I am adaptable to the task, adding new skills and qualifications to ensure that I remain current and relevant to modern Aviation practices.
