I am responsible as lead counsel in felony level criminal matters. My responsibilities include: handling all discovery, pretrial motion work, settlement negotiations, and ultimately trial preparation and presentation.

I am the Managing Attorney at the Molina Law Group, P.C., a law office that focuses on Immigration and Nationality Law. I mainly handle Deportation/Removal cases and family based visa applications at this office.

I work as defense counsel in criminal felony and misdemeanor matters. Typical cases involve DUI, assault, and myriad other offenses under the Arizona criminal code. I handle all aspects of litigation - from pre-trial discovery, evidentiary issues, and settlement discussions until trial and sentencing.

I worked here as a student attorney providing deportation/removal defense representation. I was able to successfully represent a young man being removed from the United States by ultimately cancelling his removal and allowing him to remain in the United States with his family.

I worked in the civil division as a 38(d) law clerk. This position entails assisting in everything from complex litigation matters to advising clients and creating ordinances for the county.

As a 38(d) Certified Student attorney I perform the same function as an attorney. (Under the Supervision of a Law School Professor, however.) The areas of law that we practice in the clinic are family law and juvenile law.

I volunteer as a rule 38(d)(3) student attorney at the Tucson Probate Court. Here we help individuals receive guardianship over children in need of guardians.

I worked as an intern for the Honorable Teresa Sanders at the Southeastern Facility Family Court in Mesa, AZ. As an intern I witnessed matters regarding custody, dissolution of marriage, child support, and myriad of other family law related issues.

I worked in the Prison Pro Se Clinic where I performed independent legal research based on unique legal situations brought to my attention through correspondence with Arizona inmates. I wrote legal memos in response to issues raised, which were then forwarded to program coordinator, who advised inmates based on my recommendations.
