 Managing Azure Infra structure for EMEA, AMER, APAC Regions.  Firewall, VNET, Subnet and NSG, setup and management.  Performs day-to-day monitoring High CPU and Memory Utilization, High Disk space alert, Backup failure, VM Agent status is not ready, Zabbix agent is not available etc.. Troubleshooting issues on Backup failure.  We will provision Azure server as per the request.  Provide advanced front-line technical engineering support and high-quality solutions to customer issues.  Dealing with Azure IaaS windows OS related issues i.e., reset password, failed to connect servers, Unable to RDP etc.  Performs administration activities such as setting Access Control (IAM), Custom Roles and Roles Assignments.  Azure Bastion initiative and roll out to end user.  Work on moderately complex assignments, using judgment to resolve problems and make routine recommendations.  Resolve client incidents and requests in a timely and professional manner via effective investigation, triage and resolution of support requests.  Provide advice and information to customers and colleagues regarding cloud offerings and best practices.  Responsible for Azure VM management/patching and other regular activities  Patch management through Update management in Azure  Configuring and managing Virtual Machines using Windows Azure portal.  Tools used - ZABBIX /ServiceNow.  Identifying and resolving all Windows/Azure server related issues  Respond to escalated customer service issues within the defined process with a high level of reactivity.  Monitor server event logs, performance logs, growth of data on the network, and checking the status of nightly server backups.  Managing capacity and providing alternative solutions the MS Support teams in case of capacity constraint issues.
