Victoria Nadasdi Email and Phone Number
What I do (and I like):* Go micro-services* Kubernetes management* GitOps (Flux)* Break down monolith applications into smaller independent services (Go, Python, PHP)* CLI Tooling (mostly with Go, Python, and Rust; if it's a temporary tool, it's a shell script, quick and available everywhere)* CD/CI Automation (Mostly with GitHub, Gitea+Drone, Jenkins and GitLab)* AWS resource management* Python scriptingPreferred languages:* Go* Rust* HaskellLanguages:* Go* Python* Rust* Haskell* Unix/Linux Shells [zsh, bash, sh]* SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL)* PHP* Ruby* JavaScript (client and server side)I have no plans to work on projects where my primary language is not from the Preferred list.Ideal Working Environment: * Remote (full remote, not 2/5 days) [that's more of a requirement not a "suggestion"] * Working with Go or Rust * Working with Kubernetes or other orchestrated containerized environment (docker swarm for example) * GitOps in place or plans to move (Flux) * Any kind of Agile workflow (scrum and kanban preferred) * Friendly environment * Opportunities to lean and teachGoals (and / or; Goals, so I'm not there yet):* Go Expert* Kubernetes Expert* Coach on how to live in a cloud-native environment* Know more about Rust* Haskell developer (not a strict goal, but I'm really interested in FP)If you want to hire me:If you ask me about hiring then please attach a short (or long) description why, when, where and what do I need to do (languages, technologies) if I am working at your company.A salary range is a preferred opening. I'll always say what's the minimum salary I need to maintain the lifestyle of our family. I expect the company to be respectful and pay what they feel they should pay and NOT the least amount of money. I know that's not how capitalism works, but I have fate there are companies with the right attitude. I don't expect top-tier salary, I expect fair payment, similar person with similar role and knowledge gets the same amount of money regardless of where they live.Again: I have no plans to work on projects where my primary language is not from the Preferred list. I can work with other languages, but if that would be the main language to use (like day to day), it's a hard pass from me. Same with the Remote part, if it's not 100% remote, I'm not the right person.I'm a trans woman, if that's an issue for any of the team members, that's fine, but in that case I'm not the right person to hire.

Head Of Development DepartmentOriganum Kft. May 2013 - Oct 2015Budapest, HungaryI coordinate our software development, manage hardware requirements and try to show a direction to reach a quick and painless development process. My primary challenge is the really mutable expectations via feature requests (and of course everything is really important and ASAP) so we plan short iterations with smallest stories as possible. So that's what I'm doing.
