From helping others find solutions to solving their software need challenges to learning from others to overcome my own obstacles, I enjoy bridging the gap between problems and solutions. In my early professional years, when I have recently promoted to an executive sous chef, we had a giant issue with food waste management that was burning our profit margin. Upon hearing about this, I took action and created a system where all cooks will work in pairs, holding each other accountable for the prep items for service date, having a scale in each station to verify starting and ending weight, which ultimately helps us achieve our goal of 12% food waste management.My passion for solving problems has allowed me to succeed as a recruiter. I have experience with customer relationship management, email outreach, and conducting first-screen interviews. My ability to solve problems is supported by my excellent time management, organizational skills, and out-of-the-box thinking. I am ready to take these experiences to create long-lasting relationships with customers in the tech industry.
