Ehab is a highly regarded engineer with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer and a minor in Engineering Management. He started his career as a site and office engineer on two unique heavy infrastructure projects: The Dubai Tram Project and The Dubai Canal Project.Working on these two major and sensitive projects resulted in a well-rounded experience in project processes and relationships. This motivated him to pursue and obtain a law Master of Dispute Resolution. From this, he acquired a multidisciplinary knowledge experience and skillset as a facilitator and dispute prevention & resolution provider.As the Construction Partnering Director at GLA, Ehab specializes in Construction Partnering Services and other Alternative Dispute Resolution and other Collaborative Dispute Prevention services.Since joining GLA, Ehab has helped develop and utilize a fully inclusive construction partnering software tool called DashTech. DashTech is a tool that streamlines construction project risk management, collects important partnering metrics, and documents the value of partnering on projects.Ehab has also helped develop and conducted the ‘Caltrans Fundamentals of Partnering Training for Trainers’ module. The purpose is to facilitate the knowledge transfer and education on the comprehensive process and implementation of partnering on Caltrans Construction Projects.He is an active professional that participates in construction industry relations through AGC and UCON meetings.
