About Elizabeth Hilton

I am a student at heart. An always curious, perpetual learner who reads, listens, and observes with mindfulness and empathy.As a UX Research Consultant at UserTesting, I specialize in user experience research (UXR) and teach customers best UXR practices, as well as how to effectively and efficiently use the UserTesting and UserZoom platforms to achieve their organization’s UX goals.Previously, as a Senior Content & Research Consultant on the Enterprise Market Research team at Travelers, I specialized in secondary research. As a skilled writer, I delivered insights that were digestible for all audiences and took pride in my ability to synthesize a variety of complex perspectives and data in a unique way. Often described as the research ‘librarian' on my team, I was part-expert in everything from broad, societal, and generational trends to more niche, industry, and product-relevant topics. Although I was born and raised on the East Coast, and currently reside in Colorado, I have little tolerance for the cold. If humans were categorized in the same way as plants, then I would fall in with the ‘Needs Bright, Direct Sunlight’ succulents and citrus trees.
