As the Head of Customer Success for the APAC and MEA regions, my primary responsibility is to lead a team of Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Managers who work to ensure that customers are satisfied with the products or services provided. My role involves overseeing customer onboarding, adoption, and retention, and I work closely with my team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. I also serve as a key point of contact for my company's customers in the region, managing relationships and collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns. My leadership and expertise play a critical role in maintaining a positive customer experience and driving the overall success of my company in these regions.

I lead both the customer success and technical support teams in the region. My responsibilities span across leading the technical support team, deployments and driving adoption within our customer base and beyond. My main KPI for support is to ensure service agreement set out is met and maintained good CSAT and NPS scores. I am also the point of escalation for customers during escalations and review support agreements between customers and the company.

I managed the Customer Success Program and team in Asia-Pacific Japan. I handle the daily operations of the Customer Success team and also lead the APJ Technical Support Team. Apart from team management, I am also driving customer success for key enterprise accounts in the region, spearheading and collaborate with internal and external resources to drive not only resolution but also ROI of the products. Assure the delivery of a premium-quality service experience post-sales. Collaborate with the global teams to ensure standards and process are streamlined and improved.
