- Implemented a new modeling and selection process for the affinity programs that will increase last dollar return on equity from -55% to 10%
- Led analytics team’s participation in the request for proposal of our direct marketing agency and was point person for all data migrations during the transition. The RFP resulted in $4.8M in savings
