Meet with the Fire Inspector and complying with the Fire Departments requests. • Supervise, manage and coordinate the quarterly fire drills. Meet with the property Fire Drill Committees, plan and schedule all employees’ duties, maintaining accurate documentation and train all employees in proper Fire Drill procedures and policies. • Perform annual employee reviews for staff. • Supervise and manage the use of the Keyless Access Card and Keytrac systems by staff and vendors.
