In my role, I have a wide variety of responsibilities including working as the web manager, promoting the organization on social media, writing, editing, increasing search engine optimization, developing online giving initiatives, and providing support as a marketing generalist. I take pieces from start to finish. I research, write and photograph, post on social media and the web site, submit to the news wire if applicable, produce email blasts to subscribers, and measure the success of each activity. All activities are done under critical deadlines.

• Responsible for defining, managing, executing, and reporting on an interactive web marketing strategy to increase web traffic including coding and maintaining the corporate web site, search engine optimization, online advertising, blogging, and additional e-marketing efforts.• Start-to-finish management of lead generation programs including pay-per-click, third-party lead generation program implementation, web site conversion, promotions, HTML email blasts, and re-messaging to existing sales prospect list. All leads are designed to flow directly into Salesforce.com database with full tracking of campaigns, web pages where the leads filled out the form, downloaded offers, and full contact information.• Wrote and designed web materials, HTML email blasts (two per month), advertising segments, as well as product and feature collateral.• Worked with the Channel Partner Marketing Manager to create web-based and physical collateral resources to assist in recruiting new channel partners as well as building a lead base for existing channel partners. • Assist all areas of the company as a general copy editor for all outward facing materials.

• Wrote, edited, and/or designed web site content, collateral content, customer case studies, white papers, and sales tools.• Wrote and designed four HTML email opt-in newsletters for four distinct audiences per quarter.• Managed, wrote copy, and reported results for multiple lead generation projects per quarter designed to bring in new leads. • Mined lead database for lead nurturing opportunities when correlated promotions and offers for the horizontal and vertical industries were available.
