My name is Eitamar, I hold a B.Sc. in Biomedical engineering with specialization in signal processing and M.Sc. from the same department with thesis in bioinformatics that I did in Dr. Yaron Orenstein's lab of computational biology (School of Computer and Electrical engineering).My thesis aimed for estimating protein-RNA binding. To do that I applied machine and deep learning models to biological data sets. I have a big passion to the data science and machine learning world, it fascinates me. I am addicted to learning new things and explore new fields. The skill set I gained through the last 6 years at the academic world includes programing in python and MTALAB (familiar also with C, C++ and R). Common machine learning frameworks such as Pandas, Sckit-learn, NumPy, TensorFlow and Keras. I am a huge people person and love working with others, but also capable of working alone.
