My role involves providing education technical expertise, project management, and coordination support, particularly for the USAID/Ghana Advancing Partnerships for Improved Learning (APIL) activity. My key responsibilities include developing data collection instruments, conducting stakeholder consultations, analyzing policy environments, and facilitating.

• Implemented education and literacy projects with a yearly budget of over $200,000 for 5 years, increasing reading competencies among children from 5% to 43%.
• Adjusted deliverables to address changing requirements, resulting in improving children's reading outcomes from 5% baseline to 43% in Fanteakwa District.
• Successfully implemented a $3 million research grant project on the scale-up of literacy interventions in rural communities.
• Conducted needs assessments and reviews in communities to determine development interventions consistent with WV Ghana's strategic plan.
• Coordinated the preparation of Education and Life Skills project plans and budgets within the cluster.
• Ensured availability of qualitative and quantitative Education and Life Skills data that informed decisions at both local and global levels.

Ave-Dakpa

• Ensure the implementation of all policies on both public and private basic educational schools i.e. pre-school, primary and junior high schools in the district.
• Encourage and ensure effective community participation in education.
• Monitor the supply and distribution of teaching and learning materials to schools in the district.
• Handle all matters concerning examinations, assessment and evaluation including registration of candidates and new schools which are due for participation in the B.E.C.E, selection of examination centres, appointment.
• Ensure availability of current statistics on basic schools including number of schools, enrollment and staffing etc.
• Undertake familiarization visits to basic schools in the district.

Ave-Dakpa, Volta Region

• Ensure equal distribution of ICT materials in the district.
• Organize ICT trainings for Education Office Staff, teachers and pupils in the district.
• Maintenance of all ICT tools and materials in the district.
