Primary responsibilities include managing strategic growth of our Precision Machining operations through the creation and implementation of Digital Twin and IOT strategies. Implementation of Digital Twin strategy for CAD, CAM, and CAE work using an integrated platform approach. Continued expansion of engineering capabilities including laser scanning, reverse engineering, and 3D printing technologies. Provide primary technical support for implementation and maintenance of IOT machine monitoring throughout the Precision Machining operations, including our latest implementation of real-time visual management using reporting from machine and operations staff. Support corporate IT with onsite troubleshooting and maintenance of the IT infrastructure at Precision Machining location.Thirty years of machining and manufacturing background including custom workholding (mechanical, hydraulic, & pneumatic), cutting tooling, and gauge design. Provide technical resources to our customers on a daily basis with suggestions and product design changes for manufacturing (DFM). Create and implement manufacturing strategies with our executive leadership including the specification and purchase of machinery for our organization. Currently manage engineering, quality, maintenance, and IT functions with team of eighteen technical support individuals.
