• Facilitate DMAIC projects, Kaizens, and Standard Work Events for Seller Support as well as other Amazon teams including Global Mobility, Recruiting, Employee Referral, Data Center, and CreateSpace.

• Coordinate and assist with ACES Structured Kaizen Events globally (multiple Kaizen events in one week)
• Assist in the planning and global implementation of Daily Kaizen
• Identify process improvement ideas, analyze the impacts, and drive ideas to implementation
• Conduct Lean Thinking Exercises for Seattle-based Seller Support employees
• Analyze data weekly to provide visibility of seller contact reasons for senior management

• Investigate and respond to seller escalations received by the CEO and Senior Executives
• Troubleshoot technical issue with the website process flow and resolve trouble tickets
• Develop and coordinate the site’s Kaizens and other Lean and Six Sigma processes
• Motivate and recruit associates to participate in process improvement projects
• As a member of the site’s Leadership Team, provide assistance and support to associates
• Communicate new policy and procedures to associates to ensure uniformed compliance

• Provide customers and guests with a pleasant experience through phone and e-mail support

• Oversee the residential aspect of university camps with assistance from another camp director and an assistant camp director
• Share responsibilities of hiring, training, and supervision of 21 camp counselors
• Assist camp counselors with supervision of 50-200 campers every week
• Assist and support camp counselors in the area of programming
• Respond to emergencies and crises when campers are under Housing supervision
• Handle disciplinary meetings with campers
