As an account coordinator in the staffing industry working under a client service manager, I am responsible for a variety of essential tasks that ensure smooth internal operations and effective service delivery. My duties include maintaining internal trackers to keep information organized and up-to-date, scheduling interviews by coordinating candidates' availability, and sharing this information with the client service manager (CSM). I also send interview invites to the candidates, ensuring they have all the necessary details.Before interviews, I conduct pre-interview checks with candidates to ensure they are prepared and set for their meetings. After the interviews, I gather feedback from candidates and collect any questions they may have. Additionally, I provide weekly updates on timesheets and follow up with candidates who have not submitted them.I also screen resumes to identify suitable candidates and manage communications by sending qualification follow-ups and disqualification emails. These tasks streamline the staffing process and support the CSM in delivering excellent service to our clients.

I actively engaged in developing essential skills to excel in the field, with a focus on learning to collaborate effectively with Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners to facilitate seamless communication with client-side hiring managers.During this period, I gained valuable experience by participating in one-on-one, biweekly, and supplier calls. These interactions played a crucial role in helping me understand job requirements, the urgency in role fulfillment, and building a clear understanding of client expectations.My training involved developing coordination skills through various channels such as emails, calls, and Vendor Management System (VMS) interactions with Points of Contact (POCs), ensuring a smooth flow of communication and information. Additionally, I collaborated closely with internal teams, including Delivery Managers and the Recruitment Team.Learning to serve as a liaison between the recruitment team and clients throughout the entire candidate submission process, from interviews to placement and onboarding, was a key aspect of my development.In my training journey, I had the opportunity to shadow supervisors and actively participated in managing coordination for complex roles.
