As an account coordinator in the staffing industry working under a client service manager, I am responsible for a variety of essential tasks that ensure smooth internal operations and effective service delivery. My duties include maintaining internal trackers to keep information organized and up-to-date, scheduling interviews by coordinating candidates' availability, and sharing this information with the client service manager (CSM). I also send interview invites to the candidates, ensuring they have all the necessary details.Before interviews, I conduct pre-interview checks with candidates to ensure they are prepared and set for their meetings. After the interviews, I gather feedback from candidates and collect any questions they may have. Additionally, I provide weekly updates on timesheets and follow up with candidates who have not submitted them.I also screen resumes to identify suitable candidates and manage communications by sending qualification follow-ups and disqualification emails. These tasks streamline the staffing process and support the CSM in delivering excellent service to our clients.
