Liaising with prospective purchasers, residents, financial advisors & solicitors. Giving good knowledge of the development & specific units of interest, recording new enquiries, creating customer files & inputting details onto the company database. Following up all enquires and keeping files up to date. Liaising with the build team regarding build programme, clients colour selections and any changes to specifications. Working closely with the customer service department making sure client needs are met. Checking property websites to ensure the homes are marketed correctly, researching area competitors within the current market for analysis ready for monthly board reports. Assisting with the general appearance of Show Homes/Development, organising launches & events. Attending & contributing in weekly Sales & Marketing Meetings & Strategy Meetings with the board.
