I had a strong influence from my family when I was younger – practicing meditation became part of my daily routine. My brother was an instructor and several family members learned to practice it. Transcendental Meditation is a well-researched technique.During the years I have practiced meditation, I have spoken with many people about the benefits of TM and was attracted to the idea of teaching the practice to others. Once I earned my Master’s degree from Maharishi International University, it was a natural advancement for me to become a certified instructor of TM. I have now been offering instruction for over 35 years – currently conducting classes in Palm Beach.Transcendental Meditation (TM) is a simple, natural, effortless and highly effective meditation procedure practiced 20 minutes twice a day sitting comfortably with the eyes closed.
