In this position, I had the privilege to define the role from the ground up as the initial Azure Technical Trainer targeting the local market. The process included: - on the job training to attain the required Microsoft trainer certifications - mapping and segmenting customer audience and roles based training journeys - complete preparation of localized training materials per company guidelines and best practices - connecting with internal Account Management, Customer Success, Partner Development, and ISVs Solution Architecture teams for program marketing and branding, and interface networking - establishing a transparent and straight forward communication channel and workflow for training bookings, customer aligned expectations, continuous feedback mechanism, and accessible knowledge baseAside of the actual role definition and ongoing motion management and improvement, I deliver on a daily basis in-person and online introductory, intermediate and deep dive technical training sessions on the Azure and Cloud domains to local market Enterprise, Corporate, ISVs and Partner accounts, in accordance with the training motion program.Over 2500 participants took part to-date in the offered paths promoted in the Azure Technical Training program since launch, in aim to gain further knowledge, skills and operational confidence on the Azure platform. Plus, a significant percentage have attained their own Fundamentals and Role-Based Azure certifications, directly deriving from training participation.
