Most are repeat offenders, one 20+ times.Projects include performance support, gamification, m-learning, workshop design, systems e-learning, professional development, VR, short films, interactive video, apps & the usual induction programs, SOPs & presentations.I developed a campaign based learning methodology to help managers implementation & alignmen learning initiatives and align them to wider corporate strategy. I also created a heuristic evaluation technique to improve eLearning quality.I frequently assist in design, prototype and early build, moving to managing development, so I maintain competency in the tools of my trade including Captivate, Storyline, Articulate, Adobe CS, Javascript, HTML & CSS. I also have a passion for wine education and I have managed 100+ wine tastings & training events.Over the years I have delivered web strategy, business planning, marketing & IT consultancy. I headed a commodity trading team & worked as a C, C++ & Delphi programmer.
