As a graduate of the Law School of Seoul National University, Elena knows the ins and outs of the Korean tradition and culture. As a professional translator, she personally proofreads and approves all scripts with an eye toward nuance and custom. Your vision rests in safe hands.

First, I was a show host/producer for a 2-hour daily variety show called "A-chim Madang (Morning Courtyard)"​ at KYPA 1230am, which was Radio Korea's then-frequency. I enjoyed creating the program everday; finding stories, arranging interviews with interesting people from all walks of like and playing well-known Korean old pop songs from 1970s, 80s, and 90s along with new hits.Then, after 3 months of being my own one-woman creative force, I joined Radio Korea's news team and became one half of male/female co-anchor system for the signature Morning News from 6am to 9am. It was exciting to collaborate with field reporters and deliver last minute breaking news to Radio Korea's loyal listeners. Later, I had a chance to join the Evening News team from 6pm to 8pm and worked with different reporters and engineering crew.Overall, my Radio Korea days strengthened and refined my talent as an interviewer/host/news anchor.

I was part of the editing department that actually created the daily newspaper physically, page by page. Over 4 years there, the pages I created were both hard and soft news such as daily coverage of Seoul city, economy/finance, culture, people, special features, among others.I collected articles and photographs from field reporters before sorting out the priorities of those articles. Layout, coming up with headlines and sub-headlines, and editing the actual content were all my responsibilities.
