I teach international law to Master's and Bachelor's students, incorporating emotional and cultural intelligence and multi-disciplinary leadership skills. I consistently receive the highest reviews from students across cultures. In May 2018, I taught one of the first Business and Human Rights/Sustainability courses in Russia. I am also consulting on the content and marketing of a planned 'Doing Business in Russia' Master's program.

I specialize in Business and Human Rights, focusing on thought leadership, vision creation, project and partnership development. I work with corporations, lawyers, NGO’s, civil society leaders and government officials to advance human rights and encourage business success domestically and globally.

Our ambition is to provide clients with independent, critical perspectives on the full spectrum of environmental and social risks, including emerging human rights risks. We offer solutions that ensure that a project succeeds by earning both legal and social licenses to operate, and by being accepted by public authorities, private business partners and a broad range of civil stakeholders. To achieve this aim, we mobilize cross-disciplinary teams of experts.

I conducted extensive research on a broad range of Business and Human Rights laws, and liaised with experts, to present ICAR with a full baseline National Action Plan assessment to use in advocacy with the US Federal Government.

I worked for several years as a project-based consultant, focusing on law, international policy and business strategy.

I filmed, recruited incoming athletes, managed equipment, trained student managers, and lead outreach efforts.

I was part of the founding team that expanded the first American student policy think tank from 2 to over 30 chapters. With team members, I developed and implemented vision and strategy, coordinated national outreach, guided new chapters through establishment and expansion, and managed the 1st Annual National Roosevelt Institution Conference.
