- Accomplishments; #1 Billboard Hot Dance Club Play Label,2011 #2 Billboard Hot Dance Club Play Label, 2009 & 2010; #1 & #2 Billboard Hot Dance Club Play Imprints 2010, 2011; several #1 & Top-five Billboard Dance Music Club & Airplay singles; including David Guetta, The Pet Shop Boys, Katy Perry, Kylie Minogue & Lily Allen.- Liaise with A&R on the commissioning of remixes for use as promotional, sales & bonus content.- Liaise with Project Managers to create dance remixes & promotion plans- Hire & coordinate formats independent consultants- Communicate with Club & Mix show DJ's & Radio Programmers to organize promotions & promote music- Work in tandem with the Public Relations Department in regards to dance music specialized publications; to ensure that our artists are highlighted and getting proper press coverage- Work with the Tour Marketing Dept, to input artist visits & performances for Dance radio stations & clubs - Coordinate all physical mass mailings as well as Play MPE & other digital E-Blasts to the format - Advise and lead event planning for all dance music related conventions, conferences, & tradeshows - Create & send weekly reports to project managers & executive staff

- Manage & implement multi-million dollar promotion budgets for EMI & third party label projects- Design, produce & distribute reports that enabled senior management to understand the Promotion Department’s financial position for each album release. - Design templates for and liaise with legal department regarding all compliance related issues, music licensing, contest winner liability & promotional tour waivers- Pull, analyze and distribute weekly & daily reports via BigChampaign, Nielsen Soundscan, Nielsen BDS and Mediabase.- Coordinate with production department on solicitation and shipments of all Promotion Department CD-Pros and albums; Maintain all department mailing lists.- Educate support staff in both the New York & Los Angeles offices, training of company policy & procedure to all promotion department employees- Assist field staff with T&E/Payment Problems- Hire and Manage interns
