Healthy Cooking Demo Program: Started program in January of 2018; Developed strategies to engage low income seniors in South and East L.A. with healthy eating/cooking; Leveraged partnerships with resident services organizations to bring healthy cooking demos to senior housing site(s); Developed recipes, teaching materials and coinciding healthy cooking lesson on a monthly basis.
