P&A (ENG November-April 2022)- Coordinated with Scrapper dev to build out to-date 3 new scrappers and QA'd to ensure performance.- Helped to build P&A team onboarding for new team members as well as represented P&A in Landing Academy.- Worked alongside Manager to cut team contractor costs- Was able to see P&A hit its lowest reservation impacted by % in Landing history- Oversaw cancel reason code change for P&A- Exclusively managed P&A's escalation system until a better process was put into place.- Completed multiple cross-functional projects (Landing Lite, Block codes, Freshness Boards) etc

SOPS (DIS July-November 2021)- Had a role in reducing the total number of reservations impacted % by cutting it in half in the first 2 months. The total % was above 50% before I started.- Oversaw QA process of home availability i.e Cycle Counts; Implemented macro formula for streamlining. Resulting in better cleaner data.- Took over oversight of our contractor teams; scrappers and PAM whilst working to improve the accuracy of both teams and monitoring performance.- For a period (~2months) worked autonomously to continue building out P&A while my manager was called to other projects throughout the business.

NMT(May-July 2021)- The highest single-day record for reservations (10) still tied to this day for single-day record.- Number 1 Sales Agent for Every full month I was on team.- Innovated the sales cadence for NMT of which elements are still used to this day.- Promoted within 2.5 months of being a Landing team member, was given clearance to transfer in spite of 6 month policy.

- Meet on a monthly cadence with other Board members to create opportunity for Innovate Birmingham alums including networking events (ITAC, UAB), Technical skills Development (Python, SCRUM) ,and professional development (Landing Tour, Interview workshop).- developed an 8-week Python course for specifically for Innovate Birmingham grads who are looking to upskill themselves.- Consistently advocate for Innovate Birmingham graduates within the Tech community to bridge jobs with our diverse alumni core, am asked to represent IB alums and multiple speaking events. - Have proposed an internship partnership between Landing and Innovate Birmingham on behalf of IB graduates- Created a "Day in the Life" Tour for current cohort IB students to give them valuable insights into a tech work environment. - Use alumni data to visualize the success and opportunities for enhancement for IB by gathering essential fields such as "employment status" and "salary."

- Helped collect and visualize data for Summer Pell Grant reinstatement.
