Nominated as president by the organization's leadership after completing a multi-phase website development. Managed the further development of web system for publishing newsletters, case studies, and event registration. I led the organization's transition from print media to internet based tools, increasing distribution and access at a significantly reduced cost. I pioneered the use of cloud-based collaboration tools to streamline management of organizational documents and records, developing systems and procedures that would later be adopted by MWA as a fundamental project management tool.

Created an energy survey program to help low income households save money through energy conservation. I developed and optimized survey procedures, training and managing a staff of independent surveyors. A third party analysis verified effectiveness of the program, growing the program from 100 to 300 households. The program operations were so successful that I was able to delegate most of the operations, after returning to MWA full time. The program generated enough surplus income to sustain the organization's operations for seven years.

Design development and preparation of architectural and structural construction documents for award winning commercial and residential projects. Managing the design and and permitting of remodels and additions for return clients. Propose and implement incremental updates to CAD standards, achieving improved consistency, efficiency and accuracy.

Contracted to develop a new website with a content management system enabling volunteers to develop and publish multimedia content.

Structural design and analysis of wood framed structures for extreme snow conditions. Develop plans and compliance documentation for various jurisdictional authorities.

Designed a prototype single-engine aircraft for FAA certification. Worked with experts from the automotive, marine, and legacy-aircraft industries to develop a hybrid-composite system for airframe parts reduction, and subsequent cost reductions to manufacture new aircraft with superior quality and durability at a fraction of the cost of competitors.
