I am relentlessly Customer-focused.As an undergraduate marketing major at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, my mentor, Dr Lew Brown, instilled in me the key to success in business: Everything flows from the Customer! Everything I do is focused on deeply understanding my Customers and their priorities. Then, I enjoy designing, deploying and optimizing solutions that meet my Customer's goals and deliver ongoing value.Cisco has helped me make a positive impact in North Carolina. I am always looking for an opportunity to bring the full power of Cisco to engage with the community. Examples include work with Girls Who Code, Project 3C, the Why Project, StudentU, and the AoIT at Cumberland County Schools. I am a multi-instrumentalist who plays piano, guitar, bass guitar, banjo and harmonica.
