As a Marketing Manager on the Upmarket Content team, a large focus of my role is to increase rep pipeline (non-QLs) through carefully crafted content that drives engaged contacts and influenced MRR. I launch top-of-funnel content offers to our database to support monthly Flywheel Campaigns, with a goal of engaging our database and improving rep selling process for high ASP sales motions. To support our sales prospecting plays, I provide reps with lists of engaged contracts, middle-of-the-funnel content, and templates to prospect into the database. Lastly, I work with key stakeholders to enable and launch a clear distribution strategy for published content. In between monthly campaign launches, I use my extra time to build out detailed content creation processes inside of Asana, mentor other HubSpotters, and drive team culture through our culture committee.
