As the Program and Outreach Manager, I continued the work I was doing as a Program Coordinator with additional responsibilities. I assisted in generating program content and facilitation of trainings with Narativ's CEO, making sure the process was streamlined and aiding in last minute requests from our clients. I worked on comprehensive outreach documents with leads and potential clients and I created an outreach calendar and attended networking events in order to promote Narativ's work and mission in different professional circles.

As the program coordinator with Narativ, I liaised with clients regarding training and programming as specified between Narativ and its clients. I supported all client training needs requested by the CEO and other trainers at Narativ, such as copyediting training content and materials, managing budgets for trainings, coordinating travel and accommodation, and various other tasks. I managed the company platforms of service delivery, including liaising with editors (video and audio) on content changes and editing and copyediting text in the platform. Additionally, I supported the sales and marketing team with research and assistance in execution on material production. I also scheduled and managed the calendars of the CEO, COO and Director of Company as needed and assist with office management.

I was a temporary Program Administrative Specialist in OSF's Public Health Program in the Media and Narratives division. I provided general division support to Program Officers and the Division Director, including scheduling, tracking and monitoring contract and grant progress and managing the division budget.

I maintained a busy calendar and accompanying projects for the Director, including streamlining correspondence through email and donor letters and managing meetings with high level donors and executives.

Springfield, Massachusetts Area

In this role, I assisted the Director of Content and Engagement with her very active schedule meeting with internal executives and planning larger multiple day meetings with external consultants. I also created materials for the Content and Engagement team and the foundation as needed. Additionally, I also assisted with the customer service arm of PJ Library by answering phones and emails, managed the front desk at the foundation and processed grantee checks with the accounting department.

In this role, I supported the financial aid office during the busy summer season by assisting callers with their financial aid questions and through general office support.

Northampton, Ma

As a Development Intern and Hotline Volunteer at Safe Passage, I investigated and converted past awards for a digitization project to support the development team. On the Safe Passage hotline, I responded to callers immediately and resourcefully in crisis situations and provided information regarding domestic violence services in the area.

Amherst, Ma

Working for UMass Amherst Residential Life as a Customer Service Associate, I did a wide variety of tasks in order to support the students in the Central Residential Area. I informed students regarding move-in and move-out policies and other dormitory matters during my shifts at the Baker service desk. I lent room keys and other materials out to students and assisted with move-in at the beginning of the semester on campus.

As a Student Office Assistant for the Office of Grants and Contracts at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, I was in charge of digitizing contract and grant files that were not previously in the system and reorganizing hard files office wide.

As an intern for the office of United States Senator Elizabeth Warren, I interacted with the constituents of Massachusetts on matters involving social security, student loans and veterans affairs. I also assisted in creative draft letters to organizations on behalf of constituents and in writing citations for athletes, community members and Eagle Scouts.
