Moreover, I upsold additional ticketed experiences, including Hidden History Tours which I regularly delivered to excellent visitor feedback. On special occasions, including the 'Medieval Bank Holiday' event, I also delivered cave tours to visitors at Nottingham Castle. More generally, I also maintained the site's appearance by undertaking a variety of daily cleaning tasks. In April, I continued working in a volunteer capacity. I have also assisted with the research and evaluation of events and resources, which has included producing written reports to enhance visitor experience. In a volunteer capacity I have also engaged with visitors at events. These events include an outdoor Shakespeare performance, an ‘Exploring Southwell’ walk, and the Minster's July Family Fun Day where I operated a craft table. My role consisted of packing, labelling, and transcribing documents, as well as digitising the archive via Excel and scanners.
